About Us
Deane Sargent is Managing Director for Manufactured Housing Programs for PMC Financial Services, Ashland, Oregon.
Mr. Sargent specializes in providing financing to resident groups, nonprofit corporations, affordable housing developers and investors seeking to acquire, rehabilitate, refinance and construct manufactured home communities. He has provided consulting services and financing to about 40 resident and nonprofit corporation purchase and financing transactions totaling approximately 4500 home sites. He is currently involved in approximately 7 transactions totaling about 1,000 home sites.
Mr. Sargent has extensive experience as a real estate investment banker and multifamily housing lender. He has a B.S. in Economics from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Denver. Mr. Sargent is a General Securities Principal, a Certified Public Accountant, a California Real Estate Broker, and an Oregon Mortgage Broker.
Mr. Sargent has retired from his third term as a trustee of the Hillsborough, CA City School District (K-8). Deane and his wife Cora were named the 2004 Hillsborough Citizens of the Year.

Our History:
PMC Financial Services was formed in 1992 to provide real estate consulting and investment banking services involving affordable housing projects. Since 1993, PMC management has worked with the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) to develop and update financing programs to enable non-profit corporations and mobilehome park resident groups to finance and rehabilitate manufactured/mobile home parks.
The management group of PMC has advanced degrees in various related areas, including finance, real estate, accounting, and marketing. The group has been active as Lenders, NASD General Securities Principals, Certified Public Accountants, and Commercial Real Estate Brokers.
