Every resident group has had to face challenges while trying to purchase their park -- tough owners, high prices, unorganized residents, infrastructure problems, and lack of financing for everyone who wanted to participate. 

The resident groups in all the following examples (except Brookhaven) solved these problems and now own their community.  In some cases, we have been able to include comments from park leaders providing their thoughts after owning and running the parks.  (And, NO, we didn’t edit them -- much.)
