Affordable Housing Park in Arizona

PMC Financial Services works with Affordable Housing Builders/Developers to finance the purchase (or refinance) of an existing manufactured home park with a program of rehabilitation.  The Rehabilitation Program can include repair and upgrade infrastructure, add or improve park amenities, and provide funds for expansion of the park.
